By using products & services available through this site & from The Boost Project, you agree to be bound by these terms of service as well as our privacy policy detailed below. Any new features, products & services including updates & upgrades shall also be subject to these terms & conditions. In addition, some products & services offered through our site may be subject to additional terms & conditions that will be published alongside those products & services. Your use of such services is subject to those additional terms & conditions.

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“TERMS”) SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS FOR YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS AND SERVICES. BY ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING OUR WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS AND SERVICES, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY, AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCESS AND/OR USE OUR WEB SITE, SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS OR SERVICES.

By visiting and using the website you agree that your use of our site, participation in our programmes, and use of programme materials is governed by the following terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy.

Your Account

If you choose to purchase a product or service offered on this website or our social media groups, you may be asked to create an account using your email address & a password. You must keep your account information secure. You are solely responsible & liable for all activities that occur under your password or account. Please notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your password or account.

 

Boost Project Subscriptions

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Therefore we retain sole discretion to limit, suspend or terminate your subscription in any of its programmes if…

  • You become disruptive
  • You fail to follow the programme guidelines
  • You impair the participation of our instructors or other participants.

Payment Process

Subscribers are billed on a recurring monthly basis based on the original sign up date.

Your monthly payment will show on your statement as theboostproject.co.uk or BOOST.

Payment is taken through Stripe. Your information is submitted directly to them. We never store or see your card details.

If your subscription includes a free trial period you will receive an email shortly before the trial period ends detailing the date, time & amount that your first subscription payment will be taken.

Should your payment fail we will make 4 attempts within a week to collect payment. If these are unsuccessful your subscription will be cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing helen@theboostproject.co.uk. You must give at least 72 hours notice before the end of your current billing period.

Members on a free trial must cancel at least 72 hours before the end of the trial period if they do not wish to continue with their subscription.

You may keep using your subscription until the end of your current billing period.

Content

Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice, tailored to any individual.

Program content is for personal use only & may not be sold, recorded, videotaped, shared or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of The Boost Project.

No content from our web site, social media groups or services may be used, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise exploited in any way other than as part of our web site, social media groups or services.

Any violation of The Boost Project's policies regarding content usage shall result in the immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

The information contained in program material is strictly for educational purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply ideas contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.

We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in programme materials.

Usernames and passwords may not be shared with any third-parties.

We are not responsible for the content or availability of outside web sites, social media groups or services or resources linked to or referenced on our web sites, social media groups or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any claims that arise from your access or use of any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such web sites, social media groups or services.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time, by updating this page & indicating the effective date of those changes.
